This is carefully done by qualified Psychologists by using Psychometric Assessment and Personal Counselling. We help in mapping the future and managing it successfully with the help of a Career Action PlanT, tailor-made to suit the growing needs and aptitudes. We have encompassed a gamut of activities as a part of our services. The Psychometric Assessments, Test Preparatory Courses, the Admissions Counselling, and inclusion of Workshops for the overall development of the student ensures that a holistic approach is used to make informed decision about careers

She is also a qualified MBTI Practitioner. She is the Managing Director of Growth Centre (I) Pvt. Ltd., offering services like Vocational Guidance, Personal Counselling, Counselling & Coaching for Education Abroad, Conducting career seminars & Workshops. She writes for Maharashtra Times, Education Times, Hindustan Times, Sakal, Mumbai Mirror, Indian Express, Chitralekha, Samna, Midday, on topics relating to careers & youth. She has conducted workshops on Communication Skills, Personality Development, Time Management, and Role Effectiveness and so on. She has been interviewed on the Television & the Radio Channels on various programmes related to career. She also has conducted various career forums for schools and colleges. Ms. Suchitra Surve - Director A Commerce graduate also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration degree she has specialized in HR; also holds a Post Graduation Diploma in Career Counselling. She is also a qualified MBTI practitioner [a personality test]. she is the Director of Global Education Counsel, offering services like Guidance and Counselling for Education Abroad. She has been awarded the Platinum Award by Welingkar Institute of Management [Hall of Fame]. She has conducted workshops on Creativity Skills, Communication Skills, Time Management, Resume Building, Group Discussion & Interview techniques and so on. She has also conducted various career forums for school and college students. She has also conducted seminars on education abroad and also counseled students to realize their dreams of studying abroad. Has been a Panelist for selection of MBA aspirants for Saurashtra University and has also a judged Inter College Debate competition at SNDT Women's University. Ms. Deepa Dixit - Director A post graduate in Business Management majoring in Marketing, she is Associate Dean with Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research. She has over 12 years of work experience in Product and Brand Management and Strategic planning in industries spanning from Entertainment to Education field.
